Your app’s useful actions may need to be discoverable through Siri#
A possible new route into your product: People may ask for an outcome before opening an app or searching its menus. If Siri cannot reach your product’s main action, the app may depend more heavily on App Store search and home-screen habits. This is not yet a proven distribution channel, but it is enough reason to review how people enter an iOS product.
Test a few common actions in natural language first#
Start with one to three jobs: Write down how a user would ask for the actions they repeat most often, then check whether the iOS 27 beta can carry each request into your app without a manual hunt through menus. A small test is more useful than redesigning the whole app around a beta.
Beta coverage and usage limits are not stable product inputs#
Hold the launch decision: Siri AI starts as an English beta and will not initially be available in the EU. Server-based Apple Intelligence features have daily limits, and Apple says expanded access may be sold later. Do not make Siri the only route to a critical action until language quality, limits, and pricing are clear.
